Leadership is not just about starting strong\u2014it\u2019s about staying the course through challenges, distractions, and discouragements. The best leaders are those who persevere, keeping their focus on the mission God has given them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Galatians 6:9<\/strong> reminds us:
\u201cLet us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setbacks will come. Opposition will arise. But leaders who hold fast to their God-given mission refuse to let obstacles define them or detour them. They trust that faithfulness will bear fruit in God’s perfect timing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jesus embodied unwavering mission. Despite r<\/strong>ejection, betrayal, and even the cross, He never lost sight of why He came.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
